WHAT IS THE ALCOHOL POLICY?
The Werk Out is BYOB! Bring your own alcohol and enough to share with your friends. You must be 21 years or older to drink alcohol on the premises.
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN COOLER WITH FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
Yes!
IS THERE CAR CAMPING?
Yes, Car Camping can be purchased at the ticketing page here.
ARE RVS ALLOWED?
Yes — RV spots are available in the campground and can be purchased here. These are primitive RV spots with no hookups of any kind.
IS CAMPING INCLUDED WITH EVERY TICKET?
Yes — Camping is included with every ticket. Free GA Parking is available in the Main Parking Lot. Patrons are then allowed to carry their camping gear into the venue. Car Camping Pass Upgrades are available for patrons to purchase, which allows to drive their vehicle into the concert venue and camp next to their vehicle. Car Camping / RV Camping is included for all VIP ticket holders.
CAN I BRING A UMBRELLA?
Yes! But please be respectful to everyone around you. No tents. No canopies.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE CONCERT AREA?
The following items are explicitly prohibited:
- All weapons (with or without a permit)
- Bladed items of any kind
- Drones or any other remote controlled moving object
- Fireworks
- Explosive materials
- Illegal drugs
- Any other item deemed inappropriate by management/staff
The Prohibited items list is subject to change. At the discretion of the General Manager, items may be added to, or removed from the Prohibited Items List. Legend Valley may deny entry to, or remove, any individual in possession of Prohibited List items (or any item deemed inappropriate by management/staff), at any time before, during, and after an event. We want everyone to be safe and enjoy the show!
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
All shows are rain or shine events. In the event of severe weather, messaging will be broadcasted on the video screens throughout the venue on our social media platforms.
ARE THESE CONCERTS HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE?
Yes. ADA spots are marked on the ticketing map. All of these spots are chair accessible and located near ADA Restrooms.
WHERE IS LEGEND VALLEY?
Legend Valley is located on Rt 13 just south of I-70 in Thornville, Ohio. Exit 132 off of I-70. Just south of the BP Station the entrance is located on the left hand side of the road.
WHAT TIME ZONE IS LEGEND VALLEY?
Eastern Time.
HOW DO I GET MY CONCERT TICKETS?
All tickets are emailed to you. Please print your tickets prior to coming to the venue or have them downloaded and saved to your phone.
I BOUGHT CONCERTS TICKETS & WANT TO TRANSFER THEM TO A FRIEND?
If you would like to transfer your concert ticket to a friend, please email your request to support@cincyticket.com.
CAN I BRING MY ANIMAL TO LEGEND VALLEY?
NO. Only service animals will be allowed on-site, no dogs or other pets will be permitted into the event. Must have service papers and current shot records for any service animal.
DOES LEGEND VALLEY RECYCLE?
Yes!
IS THE SHOW ALL AGES?
Yes, Legend Valley shows are All Ages. Children 12 years and younger are FREE.
WHAT IS THE CAMERA/PHOTO POLICY?
We encourage fans to take pictures at our events. No flash photography. Digital, disposable or 35mm cameras are allowed. Professional cameras with detachable or telephoto lenses are prohibited.
Use hashtags “#legendvalley” and/or “#legendvalleymusic” & tag us @legendvalleymusic when possible. Please respect those around & behind you and do not block anyone’s view.
